What exactly does a deep cleaning entail?

A deep cleaning is a thorough cleaning in which hard-to-reach places, corners, joints, behind furniture and appliances are cleaned.

Do I need to provide my own cleaning supplies or equipment?

No, we bring our own professional cleaning products and equipment.

Are your cleaning products environmentally friendly?

Yes, we use as many ecological and safe products for humans and animals as possible.

How can I book a cleaning service?

You can call us, email us or fill out a booking form on our website.

Can I request a one-time cleaning?

Yes, we offer both one-time cleanings and periodic maintenance services.

How long does an average cleaning take?

It depends on the type of cleaning and the size of the room, but usually between 2 and 5 hours.

Do you also offer post-move cleaning?

Yes, we are specialized in final cleaning / delivery cleaning after moving or upon termination of lease.

Can I cancel my cleaning appointment?

Yes, but we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Are your employees insured?

Yes, all our employees are insured and professionally trained.

Do I have to be present during the cleaning?

This is not mandatory, as long as we have access to the home or building.

Do you offer cleaning services on weekends?

Yes, we can also clean on weekends or in the evenings upon request.

How often can I schedule a cleaning appointment?

As often as you want – we offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or flexible schedules.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

How do I pay for the services?

We accept payments via bank transfer, iDEAL, and cash afterwards.

Do you also clean windows?

Yes, we offer interior and exterior window cleaning for both homes and businesses.

Can you also clean carpets?

Yes, we have professional equipment for carpet and furniture cleaning.

Are there additional charges for urgent requests?

For urgent requests or last minute bookings additional charges may apply. Please contact us for more information.

Do you also work in cities other than Amsterdam?

Yes, we are active in Amsterdam and surrounding regions such as Amstelveen, Diemen, Haarlem and Zaandam.

How do I know if my home or office is suitable for your services?

After a short intake, we can determine which service best suits your space and wishes.
